THIS IS A TIME TO GET THAT LAST MINUTE CAMPING TRIP AND WE HAVE SOME RECIPES FOR YOU.

ARE YOU SURE THIS IS CAMPING FOOD? IT LOOKS LABOR-INTENSIVE.

BRIAN: IT HAS TO BE EASY AND GOOD.

I GREW UP EATING CANNED HASH.

BREAKFAST, I MADE A HASH OUT OF CRUNCHED UP POTATO CHIPS.

I USED A CHEDDAR OR JALAPENO POTATO CHIP.

ADDED TO SOME CHEESE TO THAT.

AND IT KEEPS THINGS WARMS, WHICH IS NICE.

IT IS A REALLY FUN SANDWICH.

I CUT THE TOP OFF AND HOLLOWED THEM OUT A LITTLE BIT.

IN THE MEAT DEPARTMENT THERE IS A GREEN CHILE PORK.

OPEN IT UP, PUT A MEAT IN THE SAUCE.

A SPREADABLE CHEESE AND A MEXICAN BLAND — AND A MEXICAN CHEESE.

THEY ARE SO GOOD.

THEY ARE ALL WARM.

WE HAVE ANOTHER LUNCH.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO HEALTHY AROUND — THIS IS BASICALLY OUR COBB SALAD.

A HALF A BAG OF REEF JERKY THERE.

YOU CAN USE THE REST OF IT TO LAYER EVERYTHING.

DUMP IT ON TOP.

MAKES YOU HAVE A LITTLE MORE FUN TIME.

AND EVERYBODY LOVES PIZZA.

I DID SMOKE, MOZZARELLA, AND PRECUT VEGETABLES ON TOP.

THE ONIONS AND PEPPERS ARE ALREADY TAKEOUT.

I DID SOME CRISPY PEPPERONI ON THE GRILL.

THE TURKEY PEPPERONI — REALLY CRUNCHY.

THAT IS A COBBLER.

I USED FRESH BERRIES AND A LITTLE SUGAR.

MAKING A QUICK TOPPING.

I PUT A SPRINKLE OF GRANOLA ON TOP.

BRIAN: YOU CAN DO IT ON THE CAMPFIRE.

MY BUDDIES AND I ALWAYS JOKED AROUND IF WE HAD A GOOD CAMPING RECIPE I WOULD EAT IT AT HOME.
