Today i will teach you how to make Kebabs.
To make the Kebabs you will need 2lb ground beef.
This is cumin seeds that have been ground into a powder.
This is coriander.
Onions vegetable oil and this is fennel seeds that also have been ground into a powder.
Garlic paste Ginger paste Green Chilis Coriander seed powder.
Ground but kept chunky.
Salt and garam masala.
Now to prepare this, I will first add the onions, which I have already chopped.
then I am adding fresh coriander, which is also chopped.
I like Coriander so I added a little more the 1/2 cup, but you can add as much as you like.
1 tablespoon of green chilis.
1 tablespoon of garlic paste.
1 tablespoon ginger paste.
1 tablespoon fennel seed powder.
1 tablespoon ground coriander seed powder.
1 tablespoon garam masala.
1 tablespoon salt.
1 tablespoon cumin seed powder.
and 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
and now mix everything together.
Now I have mixed the ground beef.
and it should look something like this.
and now I will turn this mixture into kebabs.
First I will wash my hands.
and then with my hands I will begin to make the kebabs.
Take about 1/3 cup or the amount similar to what I have in my hand of the ground beef mixture, to form the kebab.
I will start by moulding the ground beef mixture to a ball shape, like this.
and then with your fingers begin to push down on the ball shape to elongate the shape.
and then make the shape like this and put it onto the tray.
I'll bring this tray closer to me.
and now I will make the 2nd one.
and now I will put this into the oven.
which I have already pre-heated to 350 degrees.
I have it on high (350 degrees) the top oven is on.
and now we will wait for about 5 min to let one side of the kebab to cook then we will flip it.
at around 5 min I will also see how well the meat has cooked.
These are now just about ready.
now just after another 5 or 6 mins I will take them out, when they will all be a light golden brown.
and the kebab will be ready.
so its really easy to rotate or flip the kebab, this is how you do it.
it's not that hard.
The kebabs are ready to be served.
so now I will put them into a serving dish, for presentation.
I have a serving plate here.
if you look at the kebab it is the same colour all around evenly.
I also have some bell peppers which I will use to decorate the serving plate.
so it will make your kebabs standout.
I have also made a little rose to add to the presentation.
and now I have some more salad which I will randomly place to add to the presentation.
