Mexican Pizza By Cathy Mitchell Dump Dinner Review

hey what's going on down here from 9 malls and today i'm going to review another dump dinner recipe if you don't know already I've been reviewing recipes from the Kathy Mitchell quick and easy dump dinners asking on TV cookbook over a hundred fifty recipes i really enjoy making these recipes to make another one today call the mexican pizza it serves four to six people and just to go into the recipes and some of you probably wanted out it's one pound ground beef one packet taco seasoning 12-inch prepared pizza crust two cups shredded mexican cheese 1 cup shredded lettuce one cup shredded tortilla chips 1 cup prepared salsa salsa preheat oven to 400 degrees heat a large skillet to medium heat add the ground beef and taco seasoning and cook until no no longer pink lay the pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread the ground beef over the cross top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted remove from oven topped with lettuce and crushed tortilla strips serve with salsa so i'm going to make that right now and give you the results even some recipe worth making sounds really easy and so let's get started I'm just going to pick up the ground beef ok the pound of ground beef is cooked it has talked with seasoned it and it's ready to go so i am going to just put there's the baking sheet i sprayed it with a little oil so the cross doesn't stick to it and just late pizza crust on the baking sheet so I'm gonna do that now and I'm just opening up this container right here and i believe this was a 289 so pretty reasonable for you know some pizza crust I have the worst luck with these things and never get imperio ok alright so there is the pizza crust well just spread it out a little bit going to cover the baking sheet very very simple ok next spread the ground beef over the pizza crust and cut there we go and this is twenty percent fat ground beef just for the flavor it adds a lot of flavor so I wouldn't be worried about the fat content.

force it's pretty good for flavor ok so let's see here topped with cheese okay here we go i'm going to put a lot of cheese on here alright so i just use the whole bag i think that's going to taste great alright so I'm gonna put this in the oven for on the 400 degree oven for 10 minutes and then once I remove it I'm gonna top it off with the tortilla shells just crushed tortilla shells the salsa and the lettuce so here we go put in the oven for 10 minutes alright so i looked in the oven about 11 minutes just to get it a little bit brown on the edges like right here and now i put on the tortilla chips so we have 1 cup tortilla chips and just going to sprinkle these on maybe not going to do all of them and just a little bit of let's and i'm just using prepackaged lettuce ok so there's a little bit of lettuce and and what look wait for the salsa last ok so I'm going to cut a little piece here and give it a taste the cross is nice and fluffy little bit golden brown on the bottom just push this to the side here next let's add the salsa for the final touch from the Kathy Mick Mitchell jump dinner mexican pizza here we go taste test and it tastes really good uh you know what's not to like about pizza so this tastes awesome i definitely recommend the mexican pizza if you like my reviews please subscribe we want to support go to patreon.
