Lobster Mac and Cheese Recipe

hello and welcome to soul food cooking today I'll be making lobster mac and cheese pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees you will need one pound of celentani pasta six lobster tails one stick of butter one shallot 1 tablespoon of minced garlic five tablespoons of all-purpose flour one-half teaspoon of black pepper 2 teaspoons of kosher salt one-half teaspoon of cayenne pepper one-half teaspoon of paprika 1/8 teaspoon of fresh thyme 1/8 teaspoon of dried parsley two-and-a-half cups of half-and-half eight ounces of muenster cheese 8 ounces of white cheddar cheese 8 ounces of Gruyere cheese and 3 tablespoons of panko breadcrumbs in a saucepan add 5 cups of water and one-half teaspoon of salt bring water to a boil and add in your pasta and allow it to cook for 11 minutes stirring frequently remove the pasta from the heat and drain the water then set aside for later in a separate pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter allow your lobsters to cook for 4 minutes and then remove from pan and set aside in the same pan sauté your shallots for two minutes remove your shallots from the pan and also set aside for later in a larger pan melt the remaining five tablespoons of butter whisk in your flour to create a rue then add in your half and half now season with your salt pepper cayenne pepper and paprika mixed in the minced garlic and shallot now add your three cheeses and lastly your lobster add the pasta and cheese sauce to a baking dish and mix well sprinkle with the breadcrumbs now transfer to your preheated oven and allow to cook for 20 minutes finally remove from oven then sprinkle with parsley flakes and thyme if you're looking for a side dish that's rich in flavor and is sure to impress then this lobster mac and cheese is it thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe to soul food cooking.
