My grandpa had a farm, and my dad grew up on a farm, and when I was born.

I always grew up around food, and around produce, and around making things of the stuff harvest.

My name is Daniel.

I currently work for restaurant, called ''Osito Unique Spanish''.

it's a Spanish topest place.

That we here at ''Or Tor Kor Market'' one of the exciting bustling markets in Bangkok.

that's not so dirty, and that's why tourists love to come here, and it's a bit more up market.

Usually when I'm here, I grab something to eat first.

We go to Newmarket, what you haven't been as a bit of a guessing game.

Which ones are actually edible and my sandwich was a terrible evers.

Here you almost all the food i tried here is really pretty good.

and then what i'm looking for sea food, at Sea food section here and royal project mostly vegetables and fruit or coffee.

we should definitely grab some later and try and be serve it nice.

It was always weird to me, that the people buy food at a supermarket.

My grandpa had a farm, and my dad grew up on a farm.

and when I was born.

I always grew up around food, and around produce, and around making things of the stuff harvest.

The produce, we bought was things like flour, or sugar, but crude vegetables even meet like all kinds of poultry and mushrooms, potatoes.

That's something, you have to harvest.

these are the peaches, that we just brought for the Royal project and we're gonna grill them now pretty hot make a light syrup.

On the side to blondes to them thickly, and making shortly with vanilla, i got Madagascar vanilla, here and to go with it I studied architecture, and i still feel strange saying.

i am a chef.

I always thought it if I be cooking all the time.

I might lose interested.

I'm might not like it as much anymore.

but I still enjoyed, liked all the time I could be cooking all the time.

I don't know I just feel at home.

when I'm with produce, and i feel kind of I love dealing with the produce, and it just makes me very connected to to nature.

and flavour, and just seeing like a ripe peach, or an asparagus, and ugly tomato, just like trigger so many memories.

such a needs to cook for toneed to cook with it.

Cooking is supposed to bring peopletogether.

it's something that is celebrated communal, it's like being in the kitchen with your family, it's making a meal with your wife, it's if teaching your kids how to peel carrots.

like cooking is something that happens between people, and a chef, is somebody who make something edible or better or more nutritious for other people.

If you have a family it's very easy it's not even a question.

it's sharing, a gift for sharing these elected produce you got from nature, in a better way with people you love and, I think that's at the essence of cooking.
