Are you ready to get started?Italian Broccoli here we come! To start off, you’ll take 1 Tbsp of oiland place it into the pan.
As you can see, I used coconut oil, but you can use oliveoil as well.
Once the pan has heated up a little bit, you’lltake 2 cloves of minced garlic, place them into the pan, and saute them for a few minutes.
At this point, you’ll take the broccoli florets and place them into the pan.
Then you’ll just want to toss them around a little bit and coat them with the oliveoil and garlic.
Now you’re going to add in 1 can of originalflavored rotel and then you’re going to follow that up with 2 tsp of italian seasoning.
Lastly you’re going to add in a tsp of salt and a tsp of pepper into the pot.
Mix everything together until it’s nice and incorporated and cook about 5-10 minutesuntil the broccoli has softened and a bright green color.
That looks pretty good right there.
So now you’ll add in 2 Tbsp of grated parmesanor if you really love cheese, you can always add more, but save that last Tbsp of parmesanto place on top once it’s complete.
TADAA! Looks pretty good right?Who says vegetables are boring? You can have so much fun with them and make them delicious.
