Hi friends my name is Mai today we are cooking delicious vietnamese rotisserie chicken with garlic rice for this delicious recipe you will need chicken legs soy sauce, crushed peppercorns, fish sauce, sesame oil, coconut juice, five spice powder, garlic cloves, and honey.

For the Garlic Rice you will need jasmine rice, chicken broth, garlic cloves and olive oil.

First the marinade.

In a large bowl mince the garlic, soy sauce, crushed peppercorns, fish sauce, sesame oil, coconut juice, 5 spice powder, and honey mix together now lance the chicken legs.

now place the lanced chicken legs into the marinade.

marinate the chicken legs for six hours or longer.

Now for the Garlic Rice first wash and dry the jasmine rice thoroughly.
