Hello everyone I am Gabriel, this is my first Youtube video upload Today we are going to make a Mexican style Philly CheeseSteak The Philly Cheese Steak is known all over the US and I am going to show you guys how to make a Mexican styled one For our ingredients we are going to use marinated beef (sirloin) very thinly sliced so it can cook fast in this video we are using onions & jalapenos, (you can also use pico de gallo) we are going to use Olive oil, (healthier option) use about 1 spoon, so we can cook the veggies, cook the veggies first so they can soften let the pan get warm, so when you throw the meat in the pan, the meat wont stick (let the veggies cook some) for the bread, I smeared a little bit of olive oil butter (which is what i recommend to a lot of people) and also a little bit of olive oil mayo the reason for this is to make the bread lightly crispy from the inside, so when you fill the bread with the meat the bread wont be soggy.
now take your sirloin, throw the meat in the same pan with the veggies now that we are cooking the meat with the veggies, sometimes the veggies can burn quick, go ahead and place the veggies on top of the beef and let the steam cook the veggies now.
now check your bread, its getting toasted and crisp for the meat I chose sirloin but that is completely optional (choose a soft meat) for the spread, i made a Chipotle Mayo Sauce with a little bit of lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic for the meat I like to use a little bit of worcestershire sauce (it makes all the flavor of the meat get together and marinate inside the meat) pour about half a spoon, to give it that umph flavor like I said guys this is my first video, if you have any request please let me know down below in the comment section I will be uploading videos 1 to 2 times a week of my recipes that I have cooked at restaurants as the Chef Now the meat is ready (turn off heat) the bread is crispy and toasted as well, now take the meat off the heat.
spread the chipotle mayo sauce on the inside of the bread (this one of my favorite recipes) but like I said this can be changed, if you want use a different sauce or spread that is completely optional or a different meat or veggies now put the meat inside the sandwich, for this occasion I am using (feta cheese) Queso Fresco Layer the cheese on top of the meat, some aguacato, and some sliced tomato.
Now you see guys, this is a Philly Cheese Steak, known all over the US, but with a Mexican twist.
Thank you so much for watching!.
