Hi friends my name is Mai, today we are baking a delicious vietnamese dessert called Banh Bo Nuong which is a cake that looks a honeycomb.

for this delicious recipe you will need a nine inch cake pan, tapioca flour, eggs at room temperature, sugar, coconut cream, strawberry extract, single acting baking powder, baking powder, kosher salt, red food color.

First in a medium bowl combine tapioca flour with kosher salt, single acting baking powder, and mix together.

now in a large mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar gently mix the eggs and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved.

do not over mix the eggs or your cake will be flat now add in the coconut cream, strawberry extract red food color food color gently mix together and tapioca flour mixture mix together.

now grease the cake pan now pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees with the baking pan inside the oven.

using a strainer remove the lumps from the cake batter now pour cake batter into the hot cake pan.

now bake the cake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

now reduce the heat to 325 degrees and bake for thirty minutes more.
