Hi friends my name is Mai today we are cookinga delicious vietnamese meatloaf with seasoned ground beef called Chả Đùm for this recipeyou will need, ground beef and ground pork, crushed peppercorns, sugar, kosher salt, mushroomseasoning, garlic cloves and shallot, egg, crushed unsalted peanut, wood ear mushroomsand bean thread noodles, to garnish the meatloaf you will need banh trang, scallions for thescallion oil, lettuce, herbs and crushed unsalted peanuts.

First soak the wood ear mushrooms 15 minutes and beanthread noodles 15 minutes now chop the garlic cloves, and shallot.

Now chop scallions forscallion oil.

Now drain the wood ear mushrooms and bean thread noodles.

Chop the bean threadnoodles into bite-size pieces and the wood ear mushrooms.

In a medium pan on medium heat sauté chopped garlic and shallot,olive oil, chopped shallot and garlic, now for the scallion oil in the same pan add oliveoil lightly sauté scallions.
