WHATEVER YOU LIKE.

TRINI: WHAT KIND OF TOFU ARE YOU USING? THE EXTRA FIRM? WE'RE USING AN EXTRA FIRM TOFU, AN ORGANIC ONE.

AND IT HELPS IT STAY TOGETHER IN NICE CHUNKS AND WON'T BREAK UP ON YOU.

IF YOU USE SOFT TOFU AND OTHER TYPES OF TOFU IN DIFFERENT DISHES.
