Today we are makedelicious Korean BBQ Short Ribs Called Galbi For this recipe you will need Beef Short Ribsyellow onion, thai chilies, garlic cloves,rice wine,sesame oil crushed peppercorns, soy sauce,brown sugar, honey, and asian pear.

For the Korean Dipping Sauce called Ssamjang you willneed, hot pepper paste, seasoned soybean paste,sesame oil, chopped yellow onion,sliced green onion,sautéed minced garlic, toasted sesame seeds, and brown sugar.

First soak the short ribs in cold water for 15 minutes.

repeatuntil the water is clear.

In a food processor combine asian pear.

Thai red chilies garliccloves, yellow onion.

Ina large sauce pan combine pear mixture.

soy sauce, rice wine,sesame oil, crushed peppercorns, brown sugar, honey, mix together.

This is the short ribmarinade.

Marinate the short ribs 3 hours or longer.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Now for the short rib dipping sauce.

In medium bowl combine hot pepper paste, soybean paste,sesame oil, chopped yellow onion, sliced green onion, sautéed minced garlic, brown sugar,toasted sesame seeds, mix together.
