Hello Friend's Welcome to the World's firstYoutube cooking show from a Village, I am Nikunj Vasoya and today I am going to showyou a very special and healthy Dal Recipe which is very popular in India and everybodylike to have this with Rice, Roti, Paratha or Nan, today I am going to make Dal Fry,Restaurant Style Dal Fry, it will be a very good Recipe and definitely you will goingto like this because I know some Secret which they are using in the Restaurants, so let'stake a look at Ingredients one by one.

Here I have 5 Boiled Dals, I have mixed allthe dals which are very popular in India and they are making Dal Fry and Dal Tadka fromit, all the Dals are very good in Protein, so it will be really very good Healthy Recipe,I have approximately 100 gm Dal, I have Pressure cooker it for 3 vessels, see the consistencyit should be Watery, liquidly and not thick, 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomato, 2 HotGreen Chilies, 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion, 8-10 Curry Leaves, Pinch of MustardSeeds, Pinch of Cumin Seeds, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste, 1/2tsp Red Chili Powder, 1/4th tsp of Asafetida, 1/2 Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Sugar, Oil andSalt to taste.

First a fall heat around 2 tbsp of Oil, butyou can add Oil according to your taste, usually in North India they use Mustard Seeds Oil,but here I am using Ground Nut Oil because we Gujarati people love to use the GroundNut Oil and it is really very good and Healthy, our Oil has get heated so in this add Mustardseeds, when it starts Popping add Cumin Seeds, Pinch of Asafetida ( Hing ), Curry Leavesand immediately put Onions, now add Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder, now in this addRed Chili Powder, you can add according to your taste, but I am making it little spicybecause we like spicy, add Salt and Sugar, stir all the things very well, now in thisadd the Tomatoes, Garlic and Ginger Paste, add the Garam Masala, now add Dal.

Look at the color, it is looking so beautiful and I am sure it will going to give you sametaste as you get in any Indian Restaurant, after 1 minute it is almost ready so add Finelychopped Coriander Leaves and turn the heat off, so this is it our very beautiful RestaurantStyle Dal Fry is ready to serve.

Now it is the time to serve my very specialand delicious Dal Fry, Restaurant Style Dal Fry, Garnish it with simple Coriander Leaves,so this is it my very simple, easy and delicious Restaurant Style Dal Fry is ready to serve.
