INGREDIANTS ; PAROTA -2 NOS (FROZEN OR FRESHLY PREPARED &COOKED WELL& CUT IT INTO CUBE SHAPE) ,ONION -1 CUBE CUT, COLOR CAPSICUM (R) BELL PEPPER – CUBE CUT , CHILLI POWDER- 2TBS, CUMIN POWDER- 1TBLS, SOY SAUCE – 2TBLS, CHILLI SAUSE- 2 TO 3 TBLS, SALT TO TASTE, GINGER GARLIC PASTE – 1 TBLS, OIL -3 TBLS, TOMATO- 1 MEDUIM SIZE( ROUGH CHOPPED) OPTIONAL- PINCH OF RED FOOD COLR HEAT THE PAN, ADD 3 TBS OF OIL ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE ON IT, SAUTE IT WELL TILL RAW SMELL GOES ADD CURRY LEAVES AND CUBED ONIONS TILL FRY IT BECOMES SOFT ADD CAPSICUM TOO IT BECOMES TURN SOFT ADD TOMATO ADD A PINCH OF SALT ON IT , IT HEPLS VEGGIES COOKS QUICKLY AND EVENLY AFTER IT COOKS WELL ADD ALL SPICES ON IT STIRR WELL , UNTIL RAW SMELL GOES KEEP IT IN MEDIUM FLAME ADD SOY SAUCE ADD CHILLI SAUCE IF YOU NEED EXACT HOTEL STYLE COLOR YOU WILL ADD RED FOOD COLOR ON CHILLI SAUCE ,IT GIVES YOU NICE COLOR SAUTE IT WELL FOR 2 MIN STIRR IN BETWEEN ADD COOKED PAROTA KEEP STIRR IT WELL UNTIL PAROTA GET SOFT FINALLY ADD FINELY CHOPPED CILANTRO CHILLI PAROTA IS READY TO SERVE LETS TRANSFER IN TO SERVING BOWL HOT AND SPICY PAROTA IS READY TO EAT.
