Breakfast Potatoes Recipe – How to Make Home Fries

hello and welcome to soul food cooking today I will be making breakfastpotatoes you will need small red and or yellowpotatoes 1 cup of onion 1 teaspoon of salt one-and-a-half teaspoons of pepperone-and-a-half teaspoons of garlic salt and canola oil cut your potatoes in half and then slicethem into quarters then set them aside for later heat your oil in a non-stick pan to350 degrees now add your potatoes to the pan and allow to cook for about 5minutes occasionally giving them a stir addonions and continue to cook for about two minutes lastly add your garlic salt salt and pepper and mix well allow potatoes to cook for another 10 to12 minutes or until your potatoes have reached your desired tenderness I hope you enjoyed this video if youhave any recipe suggestions for future videos please leave them in the commentsection below thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe to soul foodcooking.
