hello and welcome to soul food cooking today I will show you how to makeomelettes you will need three eggs one fourth cupof milk 1 tablespoon of ham one tablespoon of onion 1 tablespoon ofgreen bell pepper 1 tablespoon of mushroom 1 tablespoon of tomatoes 1tablespoon of mild cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon of Monterey Jack cheese 1tablespoon of butter 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper add yourmilk to your eggs and whisk until frothy melt your butter in a non-stick fryingpan over medium heat add your vegetables and ham to the frying pan and sauté forabout one minute now add your eggs once the bottom of your eggs start tosolidify gently pull the edges and allow the uncooked portion to fill in the space this will help to ensure your omeletteis evenly cooked add salt and pepper then finally addyour cheese fold your omelette onto a plate and it isready to serve thanks for watching I really hope you enjoyed this video anddon't forget to subscribe to soul food cooking.
