G'day guys, this is Mitchell from Caves BeachHotel today I'm going to show you how to make a classic side for some of the other disheswe've made – a corn bake.
We're going to crack a couple of eggs and and whisk them.
Then we're going to add some sour cream some thickened cream, some margarine andsome corn kernels and creamed corn.
We'll just gently combine that together, some baking powder, some sugar, corn maize yellow, some plain flour.
Give that a good mix.
So theconsistency of this mix needs to be quite tacky, a little bit runny, it is gonna firm up when you cook it.
So here we have a pre-prepared gastro tray that's lined with some baking paper.
We are just gonna poor the mixture inthere and spread out so it's even.
Now that goes into a preheated oven at 180degrees for 50-55 minutes.
This particular Corn Bake can be used with all sorts of American BBQ dishes, rips, pulled pork, basically any American BBQ.
